Horse ‘n’ Around Sauce
Prime Rib, Corned Beef, any Beef, not a bad sauce to have by there side

Sauce
1/2 Cup Mayo
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
4 oz Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Hot Horse Radish
1 Garlic Clove Grated
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 Tsp White Sugar
Note
Let the Cream cheese come to room temperature to make incorporating easier
The sauce’s flavors come together over time. Making it the day before isn’t a bad idea to let everyone get to know each other
In a pinch you can sub Worcestershire Sauce for Soy Sauce like the photo
Make the Sauce
In a medium bowl grate the garlic, and add the lemon juice, stir to combine
Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the lemon juice to cook off some of the raw garlics intensity
Then mix the Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, and Mayo, whisking until to break up the cream cheese evenly
Add all the Horse Radish, Mustard, Worcestershire, and seasonings stirring to combine
Cover and chill until ready to serve
